Library Advisory Committee

The function of the Library Advisory Committee is to support the smooth functioning so that it can facilitate the development of the Library through proper plans. The main motto of the committee is to bring the linkage among the management, academic fraternity, and library.

Aims and Objectives of this Committee:

To review the books quarterly and the need for required books.
To provide general direction to the library regarding opening and closing time.
To monitor the library automation with the latest technology.
To monitor pedagogy-based books and submit a budget for new books to the authority for purchase.
To provide motivation classes to the students for library work in preparing their course assignments.
To observe library day, book reading day among the student trainees for enriching the knowledge of the students.
To organize “Book Review” competition among the student trainees.
To review library materials requirements.
To formulate the rules regarding issues, uses of library books.
To frame the rules and regulation for community readers during Sunday.
To visit other institution’s library to know the mechanism of different libraries from time to time with the permission of the authorities.
